I had to wait days just to hear back from them, and when they finally replied, it didn’t really solve anything. The weird part is, after all that waiting, the response still felt generic and not that helpful.

I wanted to like this, but it made my skin feel irritated quickly. I have sensitive skin, so maybe it just wasn’t a good match for me, but I definitely wouldn’t call it gentle. I didn’t even bother reaching out to customer service because I’ve learned not to expect much help with stuff like this

I really wanted to like Magic Molecule, but the price made me hesitate from the start. For the amount you get, it just feels like a lot to spend, especially when I wasn’t sure how well it would work for me personally.

The product isn’t terrible, and ordering from the site was simple enough, but value-wise I don’t really see it. I expected either a bigger bottle, a better deal, or some kind of result that made the cost feel safer to justify.
Maybe it’s worth it for other people, but for me it felt like too much of a gamble for the price. I’d be nervous buying it again unless it was on sale or came in a better size. Giving it 2 stars because it’s not awful, just way too expensive for what it is.

I used it for a few weeks and, yeah, I noticed a little bit of a difference, but nothing close to what I expected based on the claims. It kind of works, I guess, but the promises definitely made it sound way more impressive than the reality. Maybe other people have better results, but for me it was just okay.

I placed my order a while ago and I’m still waiting for it to arrive?? Not really sure what’s going on with the shipping, but it’s taking way longer than I expected.
